A TRULY BLESSED MAN
The Bible does not call that man blessed who is strong and healthy nor prosperous and wealthy, though these things are indeed of the Lord. The Bible calls that man blessed who, though he is, full of sin, God does not charge him with any sin. "Blessed is the man to whom the Lord will not impute sin" (Psalm 32:1-2; Rom. 4:1-8). These are the people who, by the Spirit and grace of God, have submitted to and received the Lord Jesus Christ in saving faith and trust (Rom. 10:1-4; II Cor. 5:18-21). You who see this, who know this, who understand this, who love this gospel are eternally blessed of God.
