SINNERS, WOULD YOU BE FREE?

Sinners, would you be free
From sin's oppressive load?
Would you be pure, and justified,
And reconciled to God?
Then come to Christ the Lord,
The blessed Son of God.
There is no Savior for our souls
But Jesus Christ our God.
God's Son a man became!
He brought in righteousness,
By His obedience to God,
For chosen heirs of grace.
For God's elect He died.
His precious blood He shed.
Behold God's love and mercy in
The ransom price He paid!
Christ took our sins away.
(Behold His empty tomb!)
Exalted high our Savior reigns
To bring His ransomed home.
Will you now trust our Lord?
If so, He died for you.
The faith He gives is proof that He
Both chose and ransomed you!
